purpose of the Student Government Association of Sam Houston State
University is to serve as the official voice of the student body as it's
democratically elected representatives. We strive to promote the welfare
of the student body, academic excellence, and civic engagement. We are an
advocate for students, voicing their concerns and opinions to the Sam
Houston State University Administration, the Texas State University System
Board of Regents, and elected officials.

Government Association of Sam Houston State University website. The
Student Government Association is dedicated to helping the students of Sam
Houston State University by representing them on at the university, city,
state, and national level. We are always available to help students on any
issue big or small.
