ring the students perspective to the Board of Regents to facilitate in making system wide and school specific decisions. It is the goal of the Student Advisory Board to work in conjunction w
ith the Board of Regents and the Universities to ensure the success of all students in the Texas State University System by effectively and consistently communicating the concerns and opinions of the students. Additionally, our goal of the Student Advisory Board is to function as a cooperative association among component schools, for the reason of exchanging information and sharing programs that will benefit all Texas State University System members.
The Texas State University System includes Angelo State University, Lamar Institute of Technology, Lamar State College-Orange, Lamar State College-Port Arthur, Lamar University, Sam Houston State University, Sul Ross State University, Sul Ross State University-Rio Grande College and Texas State University-San Marcos.
