•  Banner for Bearkat Attack to be made soon.

•  Inventory taken last week to see what we have for Bearkat Attack. Weed eater bought for five dollars. Power tools still needed. Abby checking on a truck and trailer.

•  Site Committee update- called two of three lists

•  Donations Committee update- went to various businesses and received a few donations for Bearkat Attack. A few of the corporations need tax forms before they can donate.

•  Letter to President Gaertner sent; no response.

•  Committees discussed when they could met.

•  Fortune cookie success. Made $50 and put Bearkat out to the university.

•  Nicole's T-shirt idea unanimously chosen.

•  Organization drive this week (Feb17,18,19). Mass mail-out to all campus organizations to be done soon.

•  Committee reports. Need help in all areas. Donation committee needs to go out and try to get donations from local offices and businesses this week.

•  Discussed a few organizations planning on helping. Jason is in charge of talking to all of the Greek to help at Bearkat Attack

Minutes shall now be composed by Secretay Brodrick.

•  New secretary appointed by Nicole, old secretary not able to attend position. Mallory Brodrick new secretary.

•  Discussed T-shirt ideas for the Bearkat Attack. 3 ideas, to be voted on when more members are in attendance.

•  Discussed how well the Special Olympics went on Saturday the 7 th . Six Rotaract members attended.

•  Discussed fortune cookie plans. Tomorrow at the Spivey hall around 8:00 PM the cookies will be made. Nicole still needs a few more fortunes to put in them; e-mail her.

•  Donation letter written and ready to go.

•  Letter to President Gatner is done and was written by Alyssa. Concerned 200 T-shirts.

•  Sign-up sheets passed around for Selling the fortune cookies and Bearkat Attack.

•  Sign up on committees, new member- Shanika

Went over t-shirt ideas again. Discussed what each committe was responsible for. Special Olympics will be this weekend. Please meet in the parking lot between AB4 and the coliseum at 6:00 a.m.. Everyone who needs to sign up for a committee did so and committee chairs were voted upon.

Everyone was welcomed back. There was an overview of Bearkat Attack which will take place on Saturday, April 17. T-shirt designes should be submitted by next week but no later than two weeks from now. Special Olympics will take place on Feb. 7. We will be assisting in the powerlifting and bowling events.

We had officer elections. Secretary is Alyssa Ashford., treasurer is Amelia Lesniak., and historian is Johnny Reed..

People signed up for Bearkat Attack committees. The committees are fundraising, donations and site. The fundraising committee is already working on a project for Valentine's Day.

Side note: important part of Bearkat Attack is advertising.
