The Political Science Junior Fellows is an Academic organization that promotes education, civic

involvement, and professionalism. It's a great organization for students that work hard, hope to succeed,

and have a curiosity about the world.  The organization has been named the Outstanding

Academic / Honors Organization at SHSU from 2007-2011, and has also been recognized by

the Walker County Chamber of Commerce, the City of Huntsville, and Walker County.

 

This is a great organization for students that set high goals for themselves, who are curious about the world,

and who will work hard.  To be considered for membership, you must meet the following requirements:

1) 3.1 GPA
2) Demonstrated Record of Public Service
3) Strong Character & Reliability

Prospective members go through an orientation process, participating in various events and working with

community organizations and current Junior Fellows.  The key to being accepted into the organization is to be

willing to be involved, take advantage of opportunities, show professionalism, and get involved!

 

It's a great organization for students who want to succeed.
