County U, Week 1
September 22, 2010
Huntsville, TX

County U is a free, five-week program the Junior Fellows host annually to teach local residents
about county government.  In week 1, the County Judge, a County Commissioner, and the County Clerk
presented to more than 20 participants.  On top of some interesting presentations, the participants enjoyed a
tour of the Gibbs-Powell Home, some fun team-building activities, and a surprise retirement ceremony for
County Clerk James Patton.
