The Junior Fellows travelled to the Bush Library to watch James Baker accept the
George H. W. Bush Award on behalf of the late Ronald Reagan.  Baker served as Reagan's
Chief of Staff and Treasury Secretary, and also served as Bush's Secretary of State. 
We met former First Lady Barbara Bush and saw old friends Ambassador Roman
Papadiuk and Dale Petroskey.  This was one of our favorite events.
