The Junior Fellows at the President's Investiture
|
The SHSU
Political Science Junior Fellows
program is a civic organization that promotes public service, education, and
professionalism. In addition to volunteering weekly at local non-profit
organizations, the students also host educational seminars, assist with
special events locally, and
travel to sites of historic, political, and social interest. The group was
named the outstanding academic and honorary organization at the Sammys from
2007-2010 and the Outstanding Service Group by the Walker County Chamber of
Commerce in 2007 and 2010.
