True recruitment is an ongoing mission. We are always looking to replace ourselves with True Brothers, because each of us are here to graduate and we must constantly search for candidates who uphold the same values in order to carry on the ideals of this fraternity to younger students. Our ultimate goal is to leave this institution and this chapter better than we find it when we enroll or join.
