Late Night with the Ag Department
This is a chance for students and professors to meet for last minute studying the night before final exams begin. Usually, we only host this during the fall semester, since the spring semester has a "dead day."The Spring Plant Sale
Every spring the Horticulture Club and DTA join in a joint venture generally known as the "Annual Spring Plant Sale". It starts with members meeting for planting parties to plant the plants. Then we water, inspect, water, inspect, until the week of the sale. Then every faculty and Staff member converge on the Horticulture Center...The National Convention
Delegates from DTA chapters all over the nation gather for the annual convention held at different cities throughout the nation. Activities at this meeting are:1. Electing the national officers and holding a general business meeting;
2. Judging of the Corbus book;
3. Competing in the Quiz Bowl;
4. Having a ton of fun.
