Learning Skills Support
Learning Skills Support (LSS) is a program that helps students who are struggling academically or who are at risk of struggling academically learn the study skills strategies needed for college success.
LSS participants are assigned an LSS Mentor who meets with them three times a semester. LSS was first started in the spring 2011 semester and has had good results ever since. Students who complete the LSS program have higher GPAs that students who do not participate in it.
