All SHSU participants in Project CONNECT will have
access to our Blackboard site. You can access Blackboard by going to the SHSU
homepage
and clicking on the Blackboard link on the left hand side.
Here you will find:
- Announcements
- Program Information and Documents
- Staff Information (including the subjects each Student Assistant tutors)
- Calendar with Project CONNECT events and deadlines
- Link to the Project CONNECT Website
- The number of services you have completed tracked in the Gradebook
- Chat Room With Staff
- An easy way to email our staff
Current announcements, deadlines, and events will be posted on Blackboard so please come and visit this periodically.
year we will be keeping track of your service credits through Blackboard’s grade book. You will be able to see how many services you’ve participated in anytime you like. We have also added the Chat Room feature. You can access this by going to the Project CONNECT section of Blackboard, then communication, collaboration, office hours chat, then click the join button. Someone will be monitoring this chartroom during office hours if you have any questions.
