Family Day Out is a Saturday day-camp for children ages 6-14 with disabilities and their siblings. Each child is matched with a volunteer who will be his/her buddy for the day. Buddies provide assistance with various activities.
St. Thomas Catholic Church Bazaar is seeking volunteers to manage children's game booths and family game activities on Sunday, October 20, 2013 from 11 am to 5 pm. All supplies will be provided. Volunteers will take tickets, manage the assigned game, and assist kids with the game (if needed). Volunteer time slots are in one hour increments, so you can work all or part of the day. Someone will be on site to sign volunteer logs. Come have a great afternoon of family fun with us.
Scare on the Square is an annual event for children and families in Huntsville, TX. Volunteers need to contact the Mainstreet Program in advance in order to fill out a volunteer application and to attend an orientation. Groups that wish to host a booth may also contact the Mainstreet Program for more information.
