Mission/Purpose
To provide programs and services in an effort to assist with the agency's mission to provide public safety, promote positive change in offender behavior, to reintegrate offenders into society and assist victims of crime.
Volunteer Opportunities:
Areas of Interest: Chaplaincy Department, Parole Department, Substance Abuse, Sex Offender Treatment Program, Victim Services, Windham School District, Reentry and Reintegration, Office of General Counsel, State Counsel for Offenders and Administrative.
Offender Programs: Participate/Facilitate specialty (ie: organized sports), rehabilitation and spiritual growth programs, reentry programs, family programming (ie: A Day with Dad/Mom), AA/NA, Twelve-step programs, GED, Parenting classes, Adult Basic Education, Pre-Employment skills, Victim Impact Panel and Victim-Offender Mediation/Dialogue.
