First AITP Meeting of Fall2009

President Finn Called meeting to order at 5pm

VP Wendy: asked about our regular meeting date.  It was decided that Tuesday 
	afternoons around 3pm would be best.

Activities:
Ben: an idea for a fund raiser would be that we have a computer problem contest.
	We invite CS and MIS majors to enter with a fee and offer prizes for the 
	winners.

Dustin Johnston: suggested we solicit businesses to donate prizes for the event

Wendy: we need to start working on our t-shirt fund raiser
Wendy: we have a table reserved in SHB for information about AITP
Wnedy: should we have officer elections every semester instead of once a year?
Wendy: our last meeting should be in November so we do not conflict with Final exams

Ben: we need to update our website
Ben: Casino night is tomorrow night.  The training is at 4:30pm.

Dustin: Bake sale?

Ben: We need Aramark's permission in order to have a bake sale.  But it is a possibility.

Wendy: let's cancel the SHB table for next week, and instead have an informational
	booth at the Organization Fair.
