Summer Camps Information
Housing
Campers are housed in the dorms on the campus of Sam Houston State University. Two campers are assigned to share a room. Usually, two rooms will share a bathroom (suite). Campers may request roommates (& suitemates) on the registration form.
Reserving a space for your child
The camp has a very limited space to house campers.
Resident Campers will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Day campers will be accepted provided the full amount is paid by entry deadline.
To reserve a space:
- Send in the registration form and the non-refundable deposit as soon as possible.
- You will receive a notice if your space has been reserved. If space is NOT available, you will be notified immediately and your deposit will be refunded.
- Send in the remaining balance no later than entry deadline.
Camper Check-In
Campers will be assigned a check-in time before the first day of camp. It is important that parents arrive at the specified time for check-in. This will help avoid long lines at the Music Buidling and at the dorms during check-in. Do not arrive early. Arrive at your specified time.
