Undergraduate students who pre-register and request travel support will be eligible for lodging support for the night of 2 November, be invited to attend the pre-conference reception on 2 November, and be provided breakfast and lunch on Saturday 3 November. Students requesting housing support will be asked to share the room with at least one other student. Roommate requests can be made on the registration form.
Unfortunately, no money will be available to help students travel to SHSU. Students are encouraged to inquire with their undergraduate institutions to request travel support.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to fund travel and housing requests for non-undergraduate participants. However, all participants will be invited to attend the pre-conference reception on 2 November, and provide all participants with breakfast and lunch on Saturday 3 November.
All participants are able to request for TUMC to make lodging arrangements on their behalf. These participants would then pay TUMC directly for their housing, unless other arrangements are made. Please e-mail with any questions.
