The National Science Foundation has generously awarded Sam Houston State funds to be used for academic scholarships to both undergraduates and graduate students with particular majors.
Eligible students include US citizens or permanent residents with majors in mathematics, statistics, geology, geography, and biological science. In addition, all PEERS scholars must exhibit financial need as designated by the federal FAFSA form, administered by the SHSU Office of Financial Aid.
