Substitution Policy – Substitutions can be made at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy – Full refunds must be requested on or before February 2, 2013. No refunds will be given after February 3, 2013. Payments may be made in the form of a purchase voucher, personal check, or institutional check. Credit cards will not be accepted.
Purchase Vouchers – If your institution will be paying by purchase voucher: Please make a copy of the PO and send it with your groups’ registration forms. Payment must be received no later than 30 days after the date of the conference.
