NOTES

Do not use the database file you created in Chapter 3, go to the T drive and download a fresh copy at T:\Mis\Taylor\MGIS 3330\Chap 2-Case 3 solution.

In Step 2, first sentence: do not do a form for maintenance personnel or teams. This step is asking for a separate form for each of the tables not a single form for all the tables. Use the columnar format and any background of your choosing.

In Step 3, ignore the maintenance personnel.

Step 4 is asking for a tabbed form. Do not have a tab for the field information.

Step 5 ignore the “Add a coach” button.
