*If you have a “B” or better average in your first 9 hours of English, you may elect to take an upper division course instead of English 266 or 267. Since English 266 and 267 rosters contain few majors, and since the orientation is more toward an introduction to literature for non-majors, we strongly advise that you take a 300-level course instead. If you do, we will need to do a degree audit for you. (See Trina or Dr. Hanson for the degree audit.)
