• For appropriate length of this section, check funding source rules. Guidelines may state that

attachments can be up to twice as long as the proposal.

• Also check funding source rules for the appropriate appendix format.

1. provide a separate "Contents" page
2. many grants writers number the pages sequentially with the proposal to provide ease in

referral to the attachments

• Typical inclusions are:

1. studies/research and tables or graphs
2. vitae of key personnel
3. minutes of advisory committee meetings
4. list of board members
5. credibility builders - auditor's statement
6. letters of recommendation/endorsement
7. copy of your tax-exempt designation by the IRS
8. pictures, architect's drawings
9. copies of your agency publications
