Tonight's subject continues with the discussion of brain and language.  You will need to have read Chapter 11 in order to complete the following activities.

Section IV.  Acquired Dyslexia and Dysgraphia

I.  Review pages 428-430, and answer the following questions.  Post your answers to the forum.

1.  What is: acquired dyslexia and acquired dysgraphia?  What does the term acquired mean?
2.  What conclusion can be drawn about reading and writing disturbances in aphasia?
2.  Describe the differences between phonological and surface dyslexia.
