Professional Conference Support

The Professional Conference Support initiative assists Texas professional law enforcement associations by offering managerial and executive development programs and providing instructors at their annual conferences. This program enhances the educational element of association meetings and serves as a cost-effective means for LEMIT to deliver training. Professional Conference support is available to all major Texas law enforcement associations. By invitation, LEMIT will assist each association during their annual meeting. LEMIT has worked collaboratively with the:

• University Police Chiefs' Association
• Texas Police Association
• Sheriffs' Association of Texas
• Texas Chapter of the FBI National Academy Associates
• International Association of Women in Policing
• Texas Women in Law Enforcement
