Technology Program
PROF. TOM HIGGINS
Dr. Tom Higgins is the Coordinator for the Technology Program.
He is faculty advisor and instructor in the Electronics
and Industrial
Management programs and also advises for Construction Management
Majors. His academic interests include computer networking and industrial
safety.
His research
interests
are
centered
on industrial
safety. Previously a member of E-Systems management, he has been associated
with the Technology Program since 1982. He holds an Ed.D. in
Industrial
and Technical Education with a minor in Vocational Education from East

Technology Program
PROF. BILLY M. MOORE
Dr. Moore is a professor in the Technology Department at Sam Houston
State University. He received his B.S. and M.S. degree in Industrial
Arts Education
from North Texas State University, Denton, Texas. He received his Ed.D.
in Industrial Arts Education from the University of Northern Colorado,
Greeley, Colorado. Dr. Moore is faculty advisor and instructor in the
Design and Developement and Industrial
Management programs and also advises Construction Management Majors.

PROF. NEDOM C. MUNS
Dr. Muns is a professor in the Technology Program at Sam Houston State
State University. He received his AA degree from Navarro College,
Corsicana,
Texas and his B.S. in Industrial Arts from Abilene Christian College,
Abilene, Texas, his M.Ed. in Secondary Administration/Industrial Education
from Sam Houston State University, Huntsville, Texas and his Ed.D.
in
College Teaching/Industrial Education from North Texas State University,

Education Trades and Industry Certification programs.

Technology Program
Mr.Keith Coogler
Mr.Keith Coogler is an adjunct lecturer in the Technology Program at
Sam Houston State University. He received his B.S. degree in Industrial
Technology and Education from Sam Houston state University and M.A.
Degree in Industrial Education from Sam Houston State University. Mr.
Coogler is teaching in the Construction Management area.

PROF. MEL TAYLOR
Mr. Taylor is a professor in the Technology Department at Sam Houston State University. He received his B.S. in Industrial Arts from Southwest Texas Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas, and his M.Ed. in Industrial Arts/Educational Administration from Southwest Texas State University, San Marcos. Advanced Studies at Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas. Mr. Taylor is faculty advisor and instructor in the Production and Manufacturing and the Sales and Distribution programs.
