The Sam Houston State University Institutional Fact Book is the 3rd edition of an annual publication, providing descriptive information about the various aspects of the institution. This book is designed to answer general questions concerning the University, student trends, fiscal year enrollment and degrees conferred, faculty and staff, finance, and Coordinating Board public university comparisons.

The Fact Book contains information from the student database management file, IPEDS data, Mini-Profiles, the common data set, semester reports, and special reports generated by Sam Houston's Computer Services department.
