• Federal surveys contributing to national databases
• State accountability reports which inform funding and state policy decisions
• More than 40 voluntary surveys annually
• Needs assessment, baselines and program outcome evaluation for external grant proposals

    Materially Supports Continuous Improvement Process planning, implementation and documentation:

• Identify areas in need of improvement
• Identify assessments to support goals and objectives
• Inform policy decisions from program to institutional levels
• Facilitate accreditation processes (SACS, ABET, AACSB, NCATE, CADE)

    Assistance with locally constructed surveys:

• Question development and design
