Multicultural & ESL Education in Italy

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Experience multicultural education and ESL courses in Naples, Italy.

 

English teaching opportunity to underpriviledged kids and experience the beautiful culture of Italy through amazing feild trips.

COURSES OFFERED

BESL 2301: Multicultural Influences on Learning

BESL 3301: Language Acquisition Theory- 2nd Language

BESL 4302: Individual Problems in Bilingual Education and English as a Second Language

BESL 6320: Workshop in Education: Multicultural Education
 
STUDENT REQUIREMENTS
Students must have a 2.5 GPA or higher at the end of fall 2013 semseter.
 
HOUSING ARRANGEMENTS
Serendipity Sustainable Adventures will have all the logisitcal arrangements.
In Naples, students will stay in Teatini Convent. In Sorrento, students will stay in Nonno Luigino. In Rome, students will stay at 3-4 star hotel that will be determined later.
 
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Students will travel on a group flight to be booked through United Airlines.
