DEADLINES FOR GRADUATION – SUMMER 2007

GRADUATE PROGRAM
COLLEGE OF HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES

May 25, 2007
Last day to submit approved Thesis/Dissertation Prospectus for a Summer Semester 2007 Thesis/Dissertation to the Dean’s Office.

June 22, 2007
Last day for Thesis/Dissertation Defense and Report of Thesis/Dissertation Examination form must be signed and submitted to the CHSS Dean’s Office by 5:00 PM.

July 3, 2007
Last day to submit approved Thesis/Dissertation (with Thesis/Dissertation approval page) to the CHSS Dean’s Office for review and signature. Signed abstract and approval sheet should be on bonded paper.

July 13, 2007
All required Thesis/Dissertation amendments (if applicable) must be completed and processed through the Dean’s Office.

July 30, 2007
Last day to complete the Oral/Written Comprehensive Exam(s). Report of Comprehensive Examination form(s) must be signed and submitted to the CHSS Dean’s Office by 5:00 PM.

August 4, 2007 (Tentative)
Commencement

August 7, 2007
All requirements for graduation (including grades) must be completed and processed through the Registrar’s Office by 9:00 AM.

June 21, 2007
Applications for Fall Semester 2007 graduate programs due for international students.

July 20, 2007
Deadline for CHSS Graduate Scholarship applications for Fall Semester 2007.
