TITLE: Human Resources Manager (Training and Development) HIRING SALARY: $3,128/Month

EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related area.  Four (4) years of experience in one or more areas of Human Resource Management. Or a combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities.

NATURE & PURPOSE OF POSITION:

To perform responsible management duties for assigned areas.  Responsible for the administration of assigned personnel functions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs complex and technical human resources staff work in the functional areas of employment, salary administration, employee relations, benefits, records, employee training, and development as assigned. Facilitates employee training and development related to the Banner implementation, compliance training, and other training as needed. Facilitates training resources and development opportunities for all University staff and faculty employees to include needs assessment, identification of subject matter experts, and scheduling the training dates and locations.   Performs other related duties as assigned.

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS:

Other University departments, vendors and off campus agencies.  Staff, students, faculty and employees.  Performs research and prepares analytical reports, together with recommendations, on assigned subjects.
