EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related area. Four (4) years of experience in one or more areas of Human Resource Management. Or a combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities.
NATURE & PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To perform responsible management duties for assigned areas. Responsible for the administration of assigned personnel functions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs complex and technical human resources staff works in one or more functional areas of employment, salary administration, employee relations, benefits, records, employee training, and development. Performs other related duties as assigned.
OTHER SPECIFICATIONS:
Other University departments, vendors and off campus agencies. Staff, students, faculty and employees. Perform research and prepares analytical reports, together with recommendations, on assigned subjects.
