Degree Requirements:
Terminal Degree in Computer/ Technology Education or related field of academic and profession or an equivalent combination of qualifications.
Experience Requirements:
Research, teaching and service credentials commensurate with the position and academic rank for which they apply.
Environment:
Sam Houston State is located in historic Huntsville, one quarter of the way from Houston to Dallas, at the boundary between the Piney Woods region of East Texas and the Prairies and Lakes region of Central Texas. The university has an enrollment of approximately 16,400 students and a faculty of 650.
Usual Duties:
Teach three (3) courses per semester and participate in scholarly activity, university and professional service, research and development.
Salary:
$50,000 (9months)
