Welcome Message Welcome! I joined Sam Houston State University in August 2010. My primary focus is exercise science, which is a field experiencing large amounts of growth. My research involves the biomechanics of obesity, resistance training mechanics, and concerns associated with aging. I attended the University of Arkansas (Woo Pig Sooie!) for my graduate work and Missouri State University (Go Bears!) for my undergraduate work.
