Process Outline





Application Process

The overall application process involves two (2) steps:

  • Submitting your on-line application and 3 reference forms (See Requirements before submitting your application)
  • Ask a current or past supervisor, resident manager, resident advisor or faculty / staff member to print and complete a reference form and send it to:

All online RA application forms and reference forms must be submitted and received by 11:59 pm October 5th, 2009.

It is strongly recommended that you review the job requirements, description, expectations and benefits before applying on-line.

Selection Process

The overall selection process involves two (2) steps:

  • Set and participate in the RA Interview Process, which will consist of two 20-25 minute interviews.
  • All applicants will receive a confirmation letter after submitting an application confirming that your application process is complete. The letter will instruct you on the next step in the process which will involve setting up your interview time.

Formal interviews held November 6th, 2009.

Group process held November 7th, 2009.

All applicants will be notified by letter concerning their final status. (i.e., hired, placed in pool, or no longer being considered)

Letters will be sent on November 18th, 2009.

Note: ALL MAIL CORRESPONDENCE WILL BE SENT TO YOUR CAMPUS MAIL BOX. All phone correspondence will be made via your campus phone number. During this process, please check your campus mail regularly and have your voicemail set up properly
