Interview Process

The selection process is composed of several steps: application, references, interviews, selection, and placement.

You are required to dress professionally for the interview process. The process consists of two, 20-25 minute, interview sessions. There will be a list of questions that will be asked by each staff member. The staff will be taking notes during the interview, but don't let that distract you from staying focused on what you want to say. Taking notes helps us remember what was said during the interview when we go back to review each candidate's file.

Please keep in mind that each interview is approximately 20-25 minutes long. At the end of the interview you will have the opportunity to ask questions.
