The amount of work a staff member has varies greatly from RA to RA and from week to week. Each RA receives the following compensation:
- Free room with every effort made to make it private (there are certain assignments that come with a possible roommate)
- Paid for 16.5 hours a week at minimum wage ($5.15)
- Refrigerator provided in room.
