The Zeta Tau Alpha House in an all-female facility housing 36 women. Residents of this house must be either members or pledges of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. It has central air conditioning, and has a cost per semester of $1,352 per person.
Zeta Tau Alpha is furnished with bunkable beds, and has built-in desks, chests, and closets. Two rooms are connected by a bathroom to make a suite. The lobby area is decorated and furnished by the sorority and provides a very elegant, yet home-like atmosphere. Basic cable service is provided in the students rooms, a computer outlet for each resident, and laundry and vending machines are located near the back entrance to the house.
The Zeta Tau Alpha House is located on the north part of campus, in an area known as The Hill.
