Randel House is a coed facility facility with a capacity of 38. This house is the living area for the Bearkat Learning Community program. It has central air conditioning.
Randel is furnished with bunkable beds, movable chests of drawers, built-in desks and closets. Two rooms are connected by a bathroom to make a suite. There is a lobby for programming and entertainment, as well as a separate television room, although basic cable service is provided in student rooms. An Ethernet port is provided for each resident. Randel also has two study rooms. Laundry and vending machines are located near the rear entrance to the building.
Randel House is located on the south part of campus, between Spivey and the Johnson Coliseum , in 3 East.
