Rachel Jackson House is an all-female facility housing 36 resident. It has central air conditioning. Two rooms are connected by a bathroom to make a suite.
Rachel Jackson is furnished with bunkable beds, built-in desks, chests, and closets. The lobby area has a television, although basic cable service is provided in the students rooms. An Ethernet port is provided for each resident. A study room, laundry room, and vending machines are located near the back entrance to the house.
