Serving its residents by its centralized location, Parkhill House is a coed community that gives students access to South Paw, the Chemistry and Forensic Science Building, Campus Post Office, Academic Building 4 and Academic Development centers such as the Writing/Reading Center and Math labs. Parkhill House positions a student for academic success.
Residents have a large lobby for entertaining. The rooms are traditional style with moveable furniture and wardrobes. Central air conditioning and heat are installed to create a comfortable climate throughout the building.
