Parkhill House is an all-female facility housing 48 residents. It has central air conditioning. Two rooms are connected by a bathroom th make a suite.
Parkhill is furnished with bunkable beds, movable chests of drawers, built-in desks and closets. There is a lobby area with a television, and basic cable service is provided in the student rooms. An Ethernet port is provided for each resident. Laundry and vending machines are located near the back entrance to the building.
Parkhill House is located on the south part of campus, next to Barrett House, in The Valley.
