Lawrence House, part of the "King/Lawrence/Mitchell" family, is a coed facility housing 36 residents. There are bunkable beds, built-in desks, chests, closets and shelves, and central air conditioning.
There is a study room available, along with a lobby area with a television. Basic cable service and an Ethernet port for each resident are provided in student rooms.
Laundry and vending machines are located near the back entrance of the building.
Lawrence House is located on the north part of campus.
