Estill Hall is an inside entrance hall for females only, located next to the University Health Center. It has a capacity of 252 residents. Two rooms are connected by a bathroom to make a suite. Most rooms have two bunkable beds, built-in desks, basic cable television, and an Ethernet port for each resident. Estill also offers two moveable wardrobe units and an individually controlled air conditioner unit for the students' personal preference.
The hall has a lounge and laundry rooms on the second, third, and fourth floors, and a lobby on the first floor for entertaining and socializing. Estill Hall also provides premium double (larger) rooms and handicap accessible rooms. There is a study room on each floor.
Estill Hall is located on the north part of campus.
