Bearkat Village Apartments are a popular housing choice for upperclassmen and women students (sophomore and above). Located at the corner of Montgomery Road and Bowers Boulevard, this facility is designed to serve 500 residents.

These two bedroom apartments are designed for two students and include several amenities such as a full kitchen and bathroom, cable TV, and ethernet connections.

• Two telephones provided per apartment
