Barrett House is an all-male facility housing 48 residents. It has central air conditioning. Two rooms are connected by a bathroom to make a suite.
Barrett is furnished with bunkable beds, built-in desks, chests of drawers, and closets. There is a lobby area with a television, although basic cable service is provided in each of the student rooms. An Ethernet port is provided for each resident. Laundry and vending machines are located near the back entrance to the building.
Barrett is located on the south side of campus, next to Parkhill House, in The Valley.
