For senior year undergraduate and graduate study in government and public service. Awards a maximum of $3,000 for the senior year and up to $27,000 for graduate study. Candidates must:

be an undergraduate junior
be a U.S. citizen
have a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0
have a major that permits admission to a graduate program leading to a career in government or public service
