For study toward a master's or second bachelor's degree at the University of Oxford. Includes tuition and stipend of approximately $7,500 per year. Candidates must:

be between eighteen and twenty-four years of age
be a U.S. citizen and unmarried
have a minimum G.P.A. of 3.7
complete the bachelor's degree for admission by an Oxford College
demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, concern for others, and fondness for and success in sports
