Location:  491 SH 75 North -- Exit #118 from Interstate 45. Museum is located off the east side feeder road.

Hours: 

• May 1st through September 30: Monday through Saturday 10:00am to 6:00pm, Sunday, noon to 5:00pm
• October 1 through April 30: Monday through Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm, Sunday, noon to 5:00pm
• The Texas Prison Museum is closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

Fee: Adults:  $4.00; Children 6 to 17:  $2.00; Children under 6:  Free; Seniors (60+), TDCJ employees, and TDCJ Retirees:  $3.00; The museum accepts Mastercard and Visa. Special weekday group tours and rates available by appointment.
