Description

The Adult Education certificate will provide students with the training needed to effectively teach adult students. Individuals holding either a bachelors or masters degree wishing to teach adults in business, non-profit organizations, and/or institutions of higher learning would be prime candidates for this certificate.

Students are required to complete the following courses for this certificate:

CIED 5360 – Advanced Techniques and Methods of Instruction
CIED 5397 – Human Growth and Development Across the Life Span
CIED 5383 – Integrating Current Technologies in Teaching
CIED 6394 – Developing Curriculum for Adults
