GBA&F Faculty represent SHSU at the Association for Business Communications International Convention

The Association for Business Communication held its annual international convention in Incline Village, Nevada, October 29-November 1, 2008.  Almost 300 members from the U.S. and 17 other countries attended.  GBA&F Department faculty who presented papers at the convention were Drs. Marguerite Joyce, Lucia Sigmar, Gerry Hynes, Kathy Hill, and Mr. Tab Cooper.  Two MBA students from SHSU, Mrs. Darlene Vega and Mrs. Antonette Harvey, also attended and presented the results of their research.  Dr. Hynes was recently elected 2d Vice President of ABC.  She is shown consulting with ABC’s Executive Director, Dr. Betty Johnson.
