Transfer Scholarship Conditions
- First-time SHSU student, enrolling full-time at SHSU,
- Transfer from an accredited community college or university,
- Be an undergraduate student, seeking their first bachelors degree,
- Have a minimum of 45 transferable academic credit hours, and
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.
Renewal Scholarship Conditions
- Second year at SHSU,
- Received Transfer Scholarship the previous year,
- Maintained full-time academic status,
- Complete 30 hours of SHSU credits in the academic year, and
- Maintain SHSU GPA listed on the chart above.
Funds for Fall 2011/Spring 2012 are limited, and awards will be offered on a first-come,
first-serve basis. Apply for admission to SHSU today! Scholarship recipients will be
notified by email. Students must go to Banner Self Service to accept offers.
