This beginning course will teach you how to ice and decorate cakes with flowers and borders, such as chocolate leaves and basket weave techniques. This course focuses on special occasion cakes. Growing Fruits and Vegetables

Learn the basics of growing fruits, vegetables and herbs. Topics include: seed and germination, soil preparation and fertilization, composting, mulches, disease, insect and weed control, processing and storage.
